You’ll find plenty of amenities and fun for all ages at the beautifully equipped Festivus by the Sea, with all you’ll need for a splendid stay at Bella Beach. Its fenced backyard, with a gas barbecue, picnic table, and 7-person hot tub, extends the home’s gathering space to the outdoors. From the convivial front porch, with its chair and porch glider, to the great room, Festivus will invite you into an easy-going stay with family and friends. Pine plank flooring, brightly colored and inviting walls, and pendant fixtures combine with plush sofas, a gas fireplace, an Amazon Firestick enabled TV (including Disney +, Apple Tv +), and lots of DVDs, games, books, and puzzles for a wonderful spot to enjoy time together. You can dine at the six-person table (there are an additional card table and chairs under the stairs) and cook everything from a snack to a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen, with its gas range and a sink that faces out into the living area so no one gets left out. A main-level queen bedroom shares a bath with the hall, and the skylit landing upstairs opens to two queen bedrooms with a shared bath. You can play ping-pong in the garage, or grab one of a fleet of bikes and tool around the lovely Bella Beach neighborhood admiring the houses, stopping at the children’s playground, getting ice cream at Café C’est la Vie, and of course, hitting the beach access to play in the sand. If you have an electric car, Festivus comes with its own EV charger—the only one in Bella Beach. Clean and lovely beach retreat

The home was comfortable and clean. Located in a sweet and quiet neighborhood, the home is a close walk to the amazing beach. The kitchen is the perfect size with all the amenities we needed for our weekend getaway. I cant wait to return!

Amazing Home and Location

My fianc and I wanted to get away for the weekend without spending too much money and chose the Oregon coast as our destination. We searched all over, looking for a home that was close to the beach, safe, but also convenient in regard to restaurants and/or pubs. It was also important to us that we find a charging station nearby for our car; we were pleasantly surprised that this particular home has an EV charging cable on the outside of the garage - we just hooked up the cable and we were set! The two story home itself was extremely clean and prepared for multiple guests (they have a lot of beach towels for the hot tub/beach, chairs for the beach, bikes, DVDs, and everything else you would have in your own home). The neighborhood was very quaint and quiet (including the actual neighbors); we slept like babies. The beach is only a 3-5 minute walk through the neighborhood (including beautiful sunsets as you walk to the beach in the evening). We ended up exploring the outlet shops, restaurants, and the casino in Lincoln City, but also restaurants in Depoe Bay (there is a pub there called The Horn Public House and Brewery - great food and drinks (the desserts were amazing), but go upstairs for the views and bar games). We ended up going to an old school movie theatre, too, which was close by. Overall, this home is amazing and we loved how close everything was (10-15 minute drives). We will be visiting again this summer and would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to have a great experience in someone else's home on the coast at what we consider the best location possible.

This house has everything

Such a lovely and comfortable house. It is equipped this everything. We could actually cook our meals easily. It was a mostly sunny weekend and just sitting on the porch and chatting was a delight. The beds were comfortable and the house is well located for touring to Lincoln City or for walking tot he beach. I will definitely return next summer.

Truly A Gem

As soon as we walked into this house... it suddenly became a "home". It was so charming and comfortable. It was just what I wanted for the week end. It had everything from fun games to all the things you needed in the kitchen. But most of all, the beds were the best. I got the best nights' sleep ever. I judge whether to return to a rental by how well I slept. This is most definitely a "be back". In addition, we would walk to the corner coffee shop every morning which was a treat in and of itself. In the evening we would light the BBQ and sit out on the deck. Overall, this home is our favorite. Try it, you will love it.

This charming little beauty was the perfect retreat for our girls weekend! Clean and neat with all the amenities we needed. Spacious rooms for spreading out and nice open living area for cooking and mingling. Short walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants, sites, and shopping! I had not been back to the Oregon coast in years and Bella was so perfect it helped me relax and remember all the wonderful trips I had there as a child. Can't wait to visit again!
